20 SEPTEMBER- improvisation

       This day was absolutely amazing.

At first, level 2 acting class and level 3 from 2nd-year came into our class and we were like a big team. Then, Rob put 4 objects in the middle of the class: a circle, a pen, a glasses holster, and a rocket. We had to go one by one and improvise, the rule was to imagine that the objects are not what they actually are.

After a few minutes, a lady came with many interesting handmade objects:

A HAND-PAINTED CANVAS MATERIAL

PAPERS WITH TEXTS IN DIFFERENT LANGUAGES

OTHER HANDMADE OBJECTS
HANDMADE OBJECTS WITH PEACOCK FEATHERS

We had to improvise with the objects, then it became more complicated, it had to be permanent two people to make the scene, but to change between them, to appear new characters, not to be the same actors.
After that, the scenes became mute, we had to say a story about those objects but without words.

When we finished this, we came back at our class work. Last week, Rob gave us some scripts, me and my friend, Madalina, received ANTIGONE. Today some of us had repeated the scripts, in 2 weeks we have to present them in front of the class so we need to learn it. Repetition helps us to be better. Also, because we only got a script, we must use our imagination to create the physical action in the scene.
